What is the typical shipping timeline for a mattress order?
Each mattress is handcrafted to order. Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Our white-glove delivery service will contact you directly to schedule a convenient installation window once your mattress is ready.
Does the White-Glove Delivery service include old mattress removal?
Yes, our professional delivery team will set up your new Beautyrest mattress and, upon request, remove and dispose of your old mattress and foundation at no additional charge.
What is your return policy for hospitality mattresses?
Because these mattresses are custom-manufactured specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend visiting a showroom or confirming your preference during your hotel stay prior to purchase.
Do these mattresses come with a warranty?
